I’m Julie, and my journey as a professional photographer has been a beautiful, unexpected leap of faith. When I first started, I remember thinking I would never take wedding photographs. The pressure felt immense—after all, you only have one chance to get those once-in-a-lifetime portraits just right.

However, within just a few months, I found myself behind the lens at weddings, directing wedding parties and capturing those fleeting, joyful moments. It turned out to be a wonderful blessing I hadn't anticipated. Today, I am proud to be a full-time photographer based in Smith Center, KS, serving families across Kansas and our neighboring states.

What I love most about my work is the way I get to grow with my clients. It is a unique joy to photograph a teenager for their senior pictures, only to see that same face years later as a radiant bride. Soon, those brides have babies of their own, and I am blessed to return as their newborn and maternity photographer to capture those sweet first milestones.

My goal is to be more than just a vendor; I strive to be your lifelong family photographer. Whether I’m capturing the chaos of a multi-generational family session or serving as a local school photographer, I want every client to feel a true sense of family when they work with me.
